This one had a lot of potential and while it has a couple of good chuckles, it doesn't really live up to the title. And the reason why is that the author doesn't realize that a super-villain is different from a regular villain. Super-villains fight super-heroes. Villains fight regular good guys. The main comparison point throughout the book is Dr. No. He's a regular villain. Spies, even super-spies like James Bond, don't fight super-villains. I know it's a half-of-this, quarter-of-another kind of thing, but I expected more super-hero/villain type comedy. As I said there were a bunch of good chuckles, so the book is worth the hour it takes to read.
