Rich's Gulag

This is a very funny book. It was a little hard to get into at first, given the colloquialisms that Milligan is wont to use, but you get used to it fairly quickly (at least I did, being an American who's an Anglophile at heart). The humor is pithy and nearly constant, but there's a good look into what was happening in Britain in the early days of World War II, which is entirely different from the picture most of us have of the US during the same period, since beyond Pearl Harbor, none of us had to worry about the major enemy forces attacking us personally every day. I'm hoping to start the next book in the series soon.
